16th Entry Celebrates its Golden Jubilee at CCH

23rd March 2019 was celebrated as the completion of 50 years since 16th Entry (1969-74) had joined CCH. To celebrate the occasion, 16th Entry Abdalians were here at CCH.
They arrived at 10 am and the NCOs arranged them according to wings in front of Shuhada monument where wreaths were laid by OfficiatingPrincipal Mr Kaleem Mustafa and the representatives of 16th Entry. College Khateeb offered dua for the martyrs.
On tune of the college music band the old boys marched towards the main entrance of Ayub block. They had a small morning assembly routine followed by the National Anthem.
They made their way towards Naeem hall where the tea was served. Their 8th class pictures were on display on projector screens. That was a treat to their eyes as they watched and laughed at each other’s pictures.
The Principal formally welcomed them and highlighted some of the key contributions of 16th entry boys. Then some souvenirs were presented to the Principal and all old boys.
Then they visited the wings recollecting memories from rooms and dorms. They were looking like 8th class students again.
They had lunch in the mess with cadets followed by the musical show by the renowned violinst Ustad Raees. After the show they had group photograph and played a friendly football match under lights. Some of them stayed overnight in Omar Wing.
We congratulate the class of 1969-74 on completion of 50 years and are very grateful to all the gifts and donations they have given to the institution.
