Makerspace Inaugration




Lt. Gen. Naveed Zaman HI (M) Retd, Rector NUST and a 19th Entry Abdalian inaugurated the CCH Makerspace in the morning of 15th October, 2019. 

Makerspace is a collaborative work space for making, learning, exploring and sharing that uses high tech to no tech tools. It provides hands-on, creative ways to encourage students to design, experiment, build and invent as they deeply engage in science, engineering and tinkering.

CCH Makerspace is funded by the 16th entry on their Golden Jubilee anniversary. The contribution includes equipment for all CCH labs, 18 laptops, a smart interactive TV, Laser Cutter and a 3D Printer. In addition, complete renovation and refurbishing of the area located in Biology Lab.

Leading 16th entry from front are Mr. Zakir Habib, Kamal ud Din Tipu, Tayyab Akram, Azmat Saqib and last but not least Farrukh Jawad Panni.

The Chief Guest commended the good work done by the 16th entry and offered to support the College in enhancing STEM activities and education.
