It is a prestigious international program founded in 1956 by the late Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Designed to challenge and develop young people, the DOE encourages participants to step outside their comfort zones and discover their potential.
Cadet College Hasanabdal (CCH) joined the DOE family in 2018. Each year, around 100 cadets embark on this transformative journey, aiming to achieve Bronze, Silver, or Gold awards based on their age.
Under the guidance of the CCH Wider Curriculum Department, cadets engage in a diverse range of activities. From honing their skills through sports, clubs, and drill to serving their community and embarking on adventurous expeditions, the cadets develop essential life skills and character traits.
