Yoga session in CCH

The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness, and harmony in the mind, body, and soul – in more simple words “Yoga is the alignment of mind, body & soul” & it connects us with the MOTHER NATURE. On Sunday, 4th September 2022, TWC (The Wonderful Yoga Club of Pakistan) Wah Cantt chapter, in collaboration with PRCS Youth Club CCH arranged a yoga session for young cadets of CCH. More than 500 Cadets took part in this session. Every Cadet was present in the Oval ground at 5:45 am in the morning. All the Yoga instructors under the supervision of Mr. Hammad, Mr. Farooq, and Mr. Aurangzeb were well distinguished and efficiently transmitted all of their knowledge to the young Cadets. The Cadets were informed about testing their limits and were motivated to achieve their goals. They were also introduced to challenging postures and demanding exercises. Lastly, they were taught about the art of balancing. Overall, it was a unique and quite learning experience.
