Ms. Nabila Raheem is a professional Clinical Psychologist (MS, RIU), certified Eidetic therapist and Hypnotherapist (NGH USA) and Diploma in Clinical Psychology. Her expertise follows her thesis which was on “Personality Traits and Emotional Intelligence in the Development of Leadership Styles in Male Adolescents”. She also did her B.ed in leadership and management. She has worked in lead positions in various national and international organizations since 2012. She manages the day-to-day emotional and mental health care of cadets together with personality development and academic improvement, by providing one on one /group counselling sessions, and also provides essential feedback to the college administration to; strengthen the healthy and productive learning environment and emotional needs of cadets. She is also attached to CCH G&PC activities.”’

Mr. Raza Kareem did his F.Sc from Sir Syed College Rawalpindi in 2015, and completed his Bachelors of Computer Science from PMAS Arid University Rawalpindi in 2019.

In professional development he holds the certificatios of ICND 1 & 2, AWS Solution Architect, Graphic Designing, and Search Engine Optimization.

Mr. Raza joined Cadet College Hasanabdal on 1st October 2019. He assisted Resource Development Officer in managing CCHEFT and alumni related matters for 3 Months.

Afterward, he joined CCH IT Department as Software Manager in Jan 2020, where he was promoted to Officer Incharge IT on Oct 28, 2020.

He also works in different other capacities at CCH, including Admission Officer and Website Administrator.

He is continually making a positive impact on the lives of CCH employees with his digitization projects as a Software Project Manager. He successfully completed an Office Automation System, Online Admission System with the provision of an Online Entry Test, CCH Virtual Exchange and currently working on CCH comprehensive Automation Plan CMS Based ERP System and strengthened the college IT Department by adding the numbers of different hardware equipment in Stock.

Mr. Afzaal joined CCH in Sept 1996. Got his early education from Govt College Sahiwal and did his graduation from AIOU. Initially, he served LUMS in the department of General Administration from Sept 91 to Sept 1996.

He is basically responsible for all the affairs (internal / external) of Principal’s Office, besides acting as a first point of contact.

Major Ahmad Afzal Virk joined Cadet College Hasanabdal in 2006 and did FSC from the college in 2011. He is from 53rd Entry Omar Wing Abdalian.

He joined Cadet College Hasanabdal on 23rd July 2024 as an Adjutant Cadet College Hasanabdal.

He got his early education from Sir Syed College Wah Cantt. Then he did his MBA-Executive (Common Wealth of Learning) Organised by Alama Iqbal Universty Islamabad and ICMA-Inter from ICMAP Islamabad. He started his professional carrier with PEL Daewoo Electronics Ltd. In 1999 and Joined CCH in May 2007. His job responsibilities are the management of Finance & Accounts of the College.

Mr. Amjad Mehmood Janjua joined CCH on Jan 1, 1999 as Math teacher and has been promoted as Deputy Vice Principal (Academics) since Sep, 2017. He holds degree of M.Sc . Mathematics and Bachelor of Education. He has been teaching SSC, HSSC, O and A Levels. In 2016, he won the status of MIEE (Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert). He has served as movie in charge for more than three years. He remained Assistant in Charge and Officer in Charge of College Basketball Team for almost seven years. Mr. Amjad also served Haider and Omar Wings as house staff and then took charge of Iqbal Wing as Housemaster on July 1, 2004 till 2013. Iqbal Wing won four championships under his command including a Hat-trick. He has obtained various professional certificates. Muazzam Ali Saqib joined Cadet College Hasanabdal (CCH) as a faculty member of the Mathematics on May 24, 2004. He holds an M Phil in Educational Planning and Management, and MSc degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science. Since October 2024, he has been serving as the Deputy Vice Principal (Wider Curriculum). Previously, he was the House Master of Omar Wing from 2020 to 2024. His responsibilities have also included serving as the Award Leader for The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Program (2018 – 2023), and Founder Chairman of the Red Crescent Youth Club (2017 – 2021), which was recognized by Pakistan Red Crescent as the best youth club in the country. Muazzam has also played a pivotal role in fostering collaborations, serving as focal person for Collaboration with WWF (2017 – 2020), Akhuwat, SOS Children’s Villages (2016 – 2020) as the Chief Coordinator for the Community Service Program (2016 – 2020). Additionally, he was the Officer in Charge of the Movie Club (2006 – 2020), Incharge of the College Mathematics Club (2004 – 2006), Co-incharge of Basketball (2004 – 2005), and Secretary of the Staff Club in (2018 – 2019).

Muazzam’s academic contributions and development are significant. He authored two research theses: “SWOT Analysis of MA EPM Programme of AIOU” and “Analysis of HRM Practices in the Pioneer Cadet Colleges of Pakistan”. He participated in the International Conference of the Asian Association of Open Universities in 2013 and published a research paper in the Turkish Online Journal of Distance Education the same year. His teaching experience before joining CCH spans Punjab University, Lahore (2002), and Virtual University of Pakistan (2002- 2004). He has worked as a Resource Person for MA EPM and M.Ed Programs at AIOU, Islamabad. Muazzam also pursued religious education at Al-Mawrid Institute of Islamic Sciences, Lahore, for over two years. Additionally, he has completed professional development courses from several renowned organizations including Cambridge, British Council, SAS (ISO), and Harvard.

Muazzam is known for his strength in policy making, contributing to various management sections within the College. He successfully established the Community Service Program and the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Program at CCH. His interests and hobbies include adventure activities such as biking, trekking, and camping, as well as traveling, movies, music, swimming, stuffing birds, and playing music.

Brig Nasir Saeed Khattak, SI (M), (Retd) is from the 25th entry and remained at CCH as a cadet from 1978 to 1983. After graduation from CCH, he opted to join Pakistan Army and on Passing Out from Pakistan Military Academy was assigned to a Regiment of the Pakistan Armoured Corp.

A graduate of Command and Staff College Quetta and Pakistan Air Force, Air War College, Karachi, he has a Masters of Science in Defence and Strategic Studies from the National Defence University. During his service of 32 years, he has held various Command, Instructional and Staff appointments besides serving in a United Nations Mission in West Africa.

His professional development trainings include Rausing Executive Development Center, LUMS and Harvard Graduate School of Education. He also has earned a Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML), a multi-course certificate program for school leaders, from Harvard University.

He also has an extensive experience of Education Management: He served as Adjutant CCH from 1992-1995, Administrative Officer Army Public School and College (APS&C) Multan Cantt, and Secretary APS&C, Chunian Garrison. He has also been an Instructor Class A at the School of Armour and Mechanised Warfare, Nowshera Cantt. Later, he established a higher secondary school in Baluchistan as a joint venture with Metallurgical Corporation Ltd of China in 2010. In 2013, he was tasked to establish a Cadet College in South Waziristan and became the Founder Principal and Project Director of Cadet College Wana, South Waziristan Agency.
He performed the duties of Vice Chairman Board of Governors APS&C Gujranwala Garrison from 2015 to 2017 and President of Federal Govt Educational Institutions and Cantt board Educational System from 2015 to 2017 in Upper Sindh.

Mr. Kaleem Mustafa did his F.Sc from PAF College Sargodha in 1989, Graduation from Govt. College Faisalabad in 1992, Master in Physics (1995) and Bachelor of Education (1996) from University of the Punjab.
In professional development he holds the status of MIEE (Microsoft) and CSML (Harvard University), through online courses.
Mr. Kaleem joined Cadet College Hasanabdal on 1st September 1996. He is teaching classes of all the levels (SSC, HSSC, O-Levels and A-Levels).
He was House Tutor of Iqbal Wing from Sep,1996 to Oct.1998. Then Assistant Housemaster of Omar Wing from Oct.1998 to Aug.2001. Afterwards he joined Haider Wing as AHM in Aug.2001, where he became Housemaster in Dec. 2002 and served there till Aug.2009.
He also worked in different other capacities at CCH, including In-charge Hockey, Aeromodelling Club, Movie, Audio-Video aids and Career Counselling. He also remained secretary staff club for 2 years.
Mr. Kaleem has worked as Deputy Vice Principal (Academics) 2014 to 2017 and was promoted as Vice Principal in Sep 2017.
He is also heading the Physics Department.
He was declared the best teacher of the college in 2013.
He is continually making a positive impact on the lives of students with his excellent teaching and pastoral care skills as a teacher / mentor. He is also improving the administrative look of Cadet College Hasanabdal as Vice Principal.

25 Years of Excellence:

He was born in Hasan Abdal on November 27, 1969. He received his early education from Sir Syed College Wah Cantt. He took a Diploma in English Language from NUML in 1991 (then NIML). He did M.A. English from Islamia University Bahawalpur in 1994.

He made his teaching debut as an English language teacher from NUML in 1995. He stayed in NIML for a period of about a month and then left it to join Army Burn Hall College Abbottabad in August 1995. He served in Burn Hall for one year. He achieved considerable success in Burn Hall and tried to build up his experience of serving in public schools. He left Burn Hall for good to join Cadet College Hasn Abdal on September 26, 1996.

Since then, He has been teaching English language to Matriculation F.Sc and GCE ‘O’ Level classes over here. With respect to performing additional duties, he served as Housemaster Aurangzeb Wing (2010 to 2017) and Officer-in-Charge College Magazine ‘The Abdalian’ for a tenure of thirteen years (2007 to 2020) and OIC College Commentary Box for about a decade.

Currently, he is performing duties as Head of English Department and Officer-in-Charge Guidance and Placement Cell, Round Square Activities, SAT Examination and wider Curriculum of CCH. He feels honored and humbled to have composed the history of the College from 1954 to date. His chief interest lies in reading books on English language and literature; reading news on the internet from the world leading newspapers and magazines and watching news and documentaries on channels such as CNN and MSNBC, etc. Moreover, he is also interested in public speaking and doing running commentary.
