As part of CCH Leadership endeavours, Mr. Nadeem Ajwad Chishti, Divisional Head Corporate Affairs & CSR PARCO and MD Punjab Group of Colleges Lodhran, 34E AW, was invited as a guest speaker to deliver motivational and interactive lecture to the cadets on the topic of Competency Model for Young Leaders.
The gist of his talk included insights into the essential qualities and skills young leaders should develop to excel in today’s dynamic world.
Mr. Chishti emphasized the importance of adaptability, effective communication, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning.
