Shah Zaib completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from COMSATS University, Wah Cantt in July 2018, and he was awarded a Gold Medal for his outstanding academic performance. He continued his studies at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), earning a Master of Science in Computer Science in July 2023. In addition to his degrees, Shah Zaib pursued a Bachelor of Education from Allama Iqbal Open University, completing it in May 2022.
In his professional journey, Shah Zaib has held various roles in the field of education and IT. He began his career as an IT Internee at Pakistan Ordinance Factories (POF) in June 2016, where he gained valuable insights into IT operations within an organization. This was followed by a role as a Software Developer at Pakistan Telecommunication Limited (PTCL) in July 2017, where he developed billing software for PTCL Staff College in Haripur.
Shah Zaib’s teaching career started as a Computer Science Lecturer at Government Degree College, Wah Cantt, in November 2018, where he taught until May 2021. During this period, he was responsible for planning and delivering lectures, conducting lab practicals, and maintaining lab computers. He then joined KIPS College, Wah Cantt, in September 2021, where he continued to excel in his role as a Computer Science Lecturer until September 2024. His responsibilities included planning lectures, conducting practicals, and overseeing lab maintenance, in addition to invigilating examinations and assessing student work.
Currently, Shah Zaib is serving as a Computer Science Lecturer at Cadet College Hassanabdal, where he has been since September 2024. In this role, he teaches students across various levels, including SSC, HSSC, O-Levels, and A-Levels.
Shah Zaib has been recognized for his exceptional contributions to education. He received the Best Lecturer Award from KIPS College for the academic session 2022-2023. He also earned the HEC Merit and Need Based Scholarship during his Bachelor’s degree and has been awarded Campus Academic Excellence Certificates for his consistent academic performance.
His technical skills include proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++, as well as expertise in data analysis with SQL and MYSQL. He is also skilled in web development technologies and various software applications, including NetBeans, Visual Studio, and MATLAB.
Shah Zaib’s communication and interpersonal skills are well-developed, marked by his high level of maturity, excellent time management, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. He is motivated to continuously learn and adapt, contributing positively to his academic and professional environments.
