Miss. Nabila Raheem

Ms. Nabila Raheem is a Clinical Psychologist (MS, RIU) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Clinical Psychology, and certifications in Eidetic Therapy, Hypnotherapy (NGH, USA), and Trauma Buster Technique (TBT). She is among a select group of certified TBT practitioners in Pakistan, reflecting her specialization in trauma-focused interventions.

Her research focused on “Personality Traits and Emotional Intelligence in the Development of Leadership Styles in Male Adolescents.” She also holds a B.Ed. in Leadership and Management.
With professional experience since 2012 in national and international organizations, she currently serves at Cadet College Hasanabdal as a Psychologist, Guidance & Career Counsellor, and Coordinator – Profile Building (G&PC). She leads Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), wellbeing initiatives, and counselling services, and is also an active member of the Mentorship & Internship Department.

She provides individual and group counselling to support cadets’ emotional wellbeing, personality development, and academic growth, while offering structured feedback to strengthen a healthy and productive learning environment. She also conducts classroom teaching observations aligned with Cambridge International standards and remains actively engaged in Wellbeing and Counselling Services and G&PC initiatives.
