He was born in Hasan Abdal on November 27, 1969. He received his early education from Sir Syed College Wah Cantt. He took a Diploma in English Language from NUML in 1991 (then NIML). He did M.A. English from Islamia University Bahawalpur in 1994.
He made his teaching debut as an English language teacher from NUML in 1995. He stayed in NIML for a period of about a month and then left it to join Army Burn Hall College Abbottabad in August 1995. He served in Burn Hall for one year. He achieved considerable success in Burn Hall and tried to build up his experience of serving in public schools. He left Burn Hall for good to join Cadet College Hasn Abdal on September 26, 1996.
Since then, He has been teaching English language to Matriculation F.Sc and GCE ‘O’ Level classes over here. With respect to performing additional duties, he served as Housemaster Aurangzeb Wing (2010 to 2017) and Officer-in-Charge College Magazine ‘The Abdalian’ for a tenure of thirteen years (2007 to 2020) and OIC College Commentary Box for about a decade.
Currently, he is performing duties as Head of English Department and Officer-in-Charge Guidance and Placement Cell, Round Square Activities, SAT Examination and wider Curriculum of CCH. He feels honored and humbled to have composed the history of the College from 1954 to date. His chief interest lies in reading books on English language and literature; reading news on the internet from the world leading newspapers and magazines and watching news and documentaries on channels such as CNN and MSNBC, etc. Moreover, he is also interested in public speaking and doing running commentary.
